Registration Opens January 1, 2025
Games will be held at Meridian Sports Park (MSP), Town of Stony Plain, Calahoo Ball Park, and Sandhills Community League.
PLEASE NOTE: Games start FRIDAY evening for local teams and will go until Monday afternoon.
Tournament Cost:
U11: $550 Early Bird, $600 after March 31, 2025
U13/U15/U17/U19: $650 Early Bird, $700 after March 31, 2025
we offer the following divisions:
- U11 Developmental (Rec Teams) and U11 Advanced
- U13C and U13D
- U15C and U15D
- U17A, U17B, U17C, and U17D
- U19B, U19C and U19D
Assigned Diamonds
Additional Information
- Medals will be awarded for Gold, Silver and Bronze in each division.
- No GATE FEES.
- Paid camping will be available at Sandhills and Meridian Sports Park.
- We cannot guarantee skill sets, we will do our best to create a fair and equitable tournament, but you may come across stronger or weaker teams.
- Schedules will be emailed out May 5, 2025 at which time you will also receive a coach’s package (roster, rules, etc.)
cancellation policy:
If you wish to withdraw from the tournament you will forfeit the entry fee unless a replacement team can be found prior to May 1, 2025.
If a replacement team is found then 75% of the fee will be refunded. No replacement teams after May 10, 2025.
Accommodations
If you are looking for a hotel or camping options for our tournament, here are some available options. Camping will be available onsite at Meridian Sports Park and Sandhill Community League and spots are limited. An onsite camping request form will be available soon. Sorry, no onsite camping permitted at Calahoo.
