Moving Up in Age Division

This year, Parkland Softball is trying to be mindful of requests for players to move up in age division. Our goal is to build strong teams withing each age division first and we feel there is value in athletes playing their second year within their respective age division. This can promote development in leadership and confidence, valuable skills for our Parkland athletes. This message will be consistent for all play-up requests, with the ultimate goal of making decisions that are fair and best for the development of our athletes and the program as a whole. Any exceptions made will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
