Registration closes March 31, 2025. Early bird fees end February 28, 2025.
There is a $50 non-refundable fee due upon completion of registration. Any withdrawal between March 15, 2025 and April 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of fees. No refunds will be issued for withdrawal after April 15, 2025.

Teams may decide to participate in additional tournaments on weekends and may decide to register for provincials in July.
Additional practices and batting cages may be scheduled on weekends.
